Your Book of Record is the only thing that pays you. The box holds a pad. Refills are issued free of charge, in accordance with policy, in any quantity.
Issue a refill
One Book of Record per employee, per fiscal year. Starting rank, four quarters of money in and out, the year-end bonuses, and your guesses at every colleague's Secret Identity.

- Print at actual size on US Letter. Do not scale to fit.
- For a pad, set the printer to two pages per sheet and cut down the middle. The type is sized for employees who found the cards hard to read, so do not shrink it.
- Plain paper is sufficient. Card stock is a career decision.
